There"s an old saying that says it is better to have love and lost than to have never have loved at all. And if you were able to capture that sentiment, understand it, what that would that look like?
The Progress of Love explores the meaning and experiences of love and, specifically, the loss of love and its aftermath, in today's society as seen by African and Western contemporary artists.
The exhibition that features multimedia installations and photography by British-Nigerian artist and filmmaker Zina Saro-Wiwa, British-Nigerian artist Yinka Shonibare, MBE, French artist Sophie Calle, and American-Jamaican-Nigerian artist Temitayo Ogunbiyi.
